Autoland Outlets Response to COVID-19

First and foremost, our concern is for the health and well-being of all as we work together to combat this international crisis.

Autoland Outlets takes seriously our responsibility to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Like many other businesses and organizations, we have taken important steps to safeguard our employees and customers. This remains a fluid and ongoing situation, but here is an outline of our current procedures at this time. Please note the following changes to our service and sales procedures. 

Service & Parts Department:

Because a reliable automobile is a necessity for many, our parts and service department is available.

-All service communication with customers will be done remotely by phone: 815-525-5000.

-Customers will not be allowed inside the service office.

-Customers will deposit their keys inside a non-touch drop box.

-Parts drop off will also be within a non-touch drop box.

-Service personnel will sanitize vehicle touch points before and after service.

-Service payment will be handled by charge card over the telephone only.

-Service hours remain unchanged, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Sales Department:

Our sales department will be available by phone (815-525-5000) , by email and by text (815-520-0957).

-Vehicle test drives are available by appointment only.

-Touch points for all test drive or trade-in vehicles will be sanitized before and after use.

-Only when completing a transaction, we will allow one (1) customer inside the sales office/showroom at a time.

-Sales hours at this time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 7:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. subject to change pending scheduled appointments.  Please contact us with any questions.

Further Social Distancing:

We remain operational but with a reduced staff practicing proper social distancing to limit the risk of exposure to this virus.

To support social distancing, we will conduct as much business as possible through remote communication by phone or email.

Please support our efforts by continuing to do your part by washing your hands regularly, sanitizing your vehicles and keys regularly, and self-isolate if you feel unwell.
